Wonderful breakfast today!!!
- 1/3 cup part oatmeal pancake (a little larger than usual) with mashed banana and maple
- 2.5 oz grapes
- 3.5 oz sliced apple
- Latte with 3 oz milk
Pre-gym english muffin and PB:
A good gym trip today too (SM, ET and weights for 400 calories)
Breakfast calories: ~450.

Yum for the diva pancake! 🙂 Yes, I LOVE adding the chocolate chips…pointless calories…but I add dark chocolate ones at least. Haha! It’s a fun way to start my morning. Have a good day! -Meggers-
