It looks like things might fall through with our bakery location again 🙁
This time for real. And we may have to start over from scratch.
We were all up late last night making phone calls and having intense discussions. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep very well.
Nothing perks you up like oatmeal and coffee:
Yesterday’s was so good I had to have it again
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 whole banana
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese, stirred in at end
- Bear Naked Cranberry Trail Mix
- Nuttzo PF (oh how I have missed thee!!!)
- Coconut butter crumbles
Coffee tasted better than usual today…
Nourishment.
I have a feeling it’s going to be a long day

I am really sorry to hear this. I worked at a bakery this summer and I can tell that baking is hard work! And this particular bakery I was at had just opened too so all the new business stuff was happening. The owners worked like crazy. 16-18 hour days nonstop for a few weeks. Business is good now, but that was quite a startup cost.
Jessica @ Rawtumn says
