I had NO intention of getting up early to run this morning. Especially before the sunrise.
But when my roommate was up at 4:45 (!) to head out for a 14 miler, I was awake. And excited for the day.
And so after checking Twitter and realizing there was a group going at 6am, I got out of bed and put on my running shoes. There were tons of girls ready to run when I came down! Wheee!
Of course I’m glad I went – we had a really nice time! Got a little turned around, but we eventually ran on the greenway and had a nice group to chat with.
Showering felt gooooood!!!
Chatting it up with a table of ladies over breakfast sponsored by Attune this morning
There was fruit, Attune cereals, eggs, OJ, and yogurts to play with
I munched on this flavor – really liked it!!
I put together a bowl of Oikos Blueberry with fruit + Uncle Sam
Pus some fruit, OJ and Awake Tea
Went back for seconds because the bowls were small! Little milk that time.
Time to chat, learn, and play!
