Who stole the cookies from the cookie jar?
Wasn’t me! Then who!?
Overnight oats in a cookie jar! Made with one of the Frog Hollow peaches (which was SO sweet and delicious!) and some Groovy Granola on top.
My coffee concentrate (which I made with the same ratio but maxed out the french press: 4.5 cups to 1 cup of grounds) lasted me all week. Since I’m headed out of town today, I filled my jar with the last of it – all concentrate today!
I have a few things left to do and then I’m hitting the gym, the shower and then the road! Headed to Virginia Beach for my college roommate’s bachelorette weekend!

Loved the cookie jar story when I was little! Cookie butter is the more mature version HA!

By the way…. Lost another 3.4 pounds since June 14. And 2.25 inches off my waist. Yay for the greatest R.D. ever! I couldn’t do it without you

OIA(Cookie)J! Fun post title.
The black coffee concentrate next to the black-labeled (cookie)jar makes for some handsome pictures.
Angela @ Eat Spin Run Repeat says
Holy smokes, that is some dark coffee! You should be wide awake all day! 🙂 I’ve been obsessed with peaches this week and now that I think about it, all 3 of my meals yesterday involved peaches! Sounds like a great weekend ahead. Have fun at the bachelorette!

It’s decaf : )
Christine @ BookishlyB says
I was wondering if it was- I was getting all excited that you had found some new up-and-coming research that allowed pregnant ladies to drink tons of coffee. Dang.
KathEats says
Drink it, yes. Tons, no 🙁

Best OIAJ yet!!!

Laura @ Sprint 2 the Table says
Ohhhh… I love when I get to make overnight oats in a Biscoff jar. Cookie Butter OIAJ should be referred to to just as “Epic.” They deserve a single name. Like Cher.
Erica { EricaDHouse.com } says
I’m officially jumping on the ‘make oats in a peanut butter jar’ bandwagon!
wesley @ the way home says
It makes me feel good to know that whenever I get pregnant I can still enjoy coffee. I must remember that there’s always decaf! Sometimes I think in my head “I want to get pregnant, but what about coffee???”
KathEats says
The research says you can still enjoy a little real coffee – I had a few cappuccinos and things over the winter. Just not more than a cup or so a day
Grace @ Grace Dishes says
I’ve never had cookie butter before but it sounds addicting and soo yummy 🙂
Have a wonderful weekend!

Oh, VA Beach! Looking forward to the photos – we’re thinking of taking a weekend trip from DC there. I’m new to VA (I’m in NoVa though) and the east coast, so all this “stuff” is new to me.
NovaM says
MIssy, the NC Outer Banks are only another hour beyond VA beach from NOVA too!

I love oats in the cookie butter jar! It’s ALMOST as good at oats in a nut butter jar, if only the cookie butter had some crunchy texture to it….I’m thinking they should add chunks of cookies in there!
Ashley @ My Food 'N' Fitness Diaries says
yummm! i’m sure that OIAJ was packed with deliciousness! i don’t think i’ve ever had an OIAJ in a cookie butter jar – i need to try that!
Katie @ Peace Love & Oats says

Cookie butter is all over the blog world lately. I still haven’t been brave enough to buy it. I know I won’t be able to handle having it in the house!

Overnight oats in the the cookie butter jar are the best, ever.
Have fun in VA Beach… and don’t feel guilty if you go to bed earlier than everyone else. 🙂

Your breakfasts in the ‘nut butter’ jars are always the most tantalizing for me! How yummy! Waiting for ‘Sweet Georgia Peaches’ that are hopefully coming our way…a guy sells them from his truck! Had them last year…oh my they were good!

I love cookie butter! But unfortunately, I looked at the label and ingredients list and I don’t think I could call it real food. BOO!
Jo Williams says
No Trader Joe’s in my area, but I was in Lexington KY few weeks ago & tried the cookie butter – oh my, very addicting! Love it on graham crackers, but I may never buy it again. No self-control,so I better stick to my homemade almond butter, which I can control portions on.

Yum, yum, yum!
Katie @ Talk Less, Say More says
Mmm coffee so yummy!!! 🙂
NovaM says
I’m trying to break my bagel addiction and get back to morning oatmeal, and buying some cookie butter this weekend might be the ticket. A little bit sure goes a long way in some overnight oats. Where would I be without food blogs like this one for these great ideas???
Angel7 says
I just wrote down on my grocery list to get some Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter when we go there.

Yum cookie butter. And that coffee concentrate looks intriguing too. Is there any particular reason you switched?
