Oops! Having blog problems today. Sorry this is so late!!
The Lunchbox
I swiped some Soba Noodle Salad for lunch today – and added a bunch of red peppers and carrots for a raw crunchy side [remember I chopped these on Sunday for easy adding!]. Also hoarded some of the green veggies from the noodle dish! Hope I’ve been able to show a good variety of ways to get veggies into your lunchbox over the past few months!
There are noodles in there – promise!
My orange that went uneaten from yesterday made a comeback – in the oregano!
And this lion in our yard proclaimed himself kind of the Greek Yogurt tribe!
Excited for STRAWBERRY!!
And that’s that!!
This afternoon I plan to crunch on the following tasty treats if I can squeeze them in:
Happy Humpday!

I’m such a huge fan of salad for lunch. You really can be creative with your ingredients, and it doesn’t require tons of time to pack.
And I’ve never tried the strawberry greek yogurt… I’m devoted to the honey one. Oh my gosh. So good. 🙂
Shannon says
Hi Kath,
I’ve been reading your blog for about a year and I’ve been curious about Great Harvest bread ever since I became a daily reader. Well I just moved to Coeur d’Alene, ID and found out they have a Great Harvest! I bought a loaf of Dakota bread and the chocolate chip cookie mix. I can’t wait to try both! Thanks for being an inspiration for healthy eating (even though chocolate chip cookies may not be “healthy” I love that all the ingredients are natural)!!

Kath says
Yay!! Hope you like it!

Sarah @ THE FOODIE DIARIES says
I always put the best parts of my ensalada at the bottom when I pack ’em in tup!
Jessica @ The Process of Healing says
I love your lunches! And I think you have many creative ways of getting in the veggies.. I know that I lack creativity in that area! I get tired of the same salads and raw broccoli and carrot sticks. I’d love to see even more ways!
YUM, love the Oikos strawberry!
Chelsea (Chelsea's Chew and Run Fun) says
Oh, how I love your little food portraits. You have a unique touch, Kath!
Great job maximizing on your veggies with the soba salad leftovers. Looks filling and healthy!
Kath says
RE. Strawberry Oikos: I prefer plain, but I think the strawberry is very good!
Michelle @ HeathyEatingRoadmap says
The orange/yogurt setup was HILARIOUS. Just applied to speak at HLS, hopefully I’m get to say Hi and meet you there. I’ll probably go no matter what, so excited for my fist blogging conference!!
Anne @ Food Loving Polar Bear says
I wish we had Oikos here, would love to try it as it is all over the blogworld.
Fun pics 🙂
Hannah says
How was the strawberry flavour compared to the caramel? I often don’t go for strawberry yogurts because I find they taste fake, but Oikos is generally trustworthy…
P.S. I’m in New York now – hopefully I get to Lucky Duck like you at some point in the next two days!
