The next frontier for restaurant oatmeal = Swiss oats (a.k.a. overnight oats)
A group of us met in the lobby to go to breakfast at the Corner Bakery
The lure: Swiss-style oatmeal!
Rolled oats soaked in vanilla yogurt and skim milk with cranberries, apple and banana
Topped with some RAW carrot muffin I brought Emily
The oats came with this awesome biscotti that I crumbled on top as well. The textures were amazing!
I also added a little of Sabrina‘s PB!
Hot coffee
It was so good – I couldn’t finish it all!
Off to enjoy some HOT YOGA! 🙂 🙂
Lisa @ Lisa's Foods on the Move says

I love the thought of calling the swiss oats. I usually make mine the same morning and soak while I get ready so they really aren’t overnight. I’ve been calling them unovernight oats but swiss oats has a better ring to it.
