Breakfast
French toast on whole wheat plus cara cara oranges.
Lunch #1 – Pre-Yoga Snack Plate
Workout – Hot Yoga!
Lunch #2 – Post-Yoga Smoothie
Berries, banana, milk, oats, spinach, and some coconut cream on top!
Dinner
Blue Apron Broccoli & Ricotta Cannelloni with salad + vino. Lone sweet potato wedge.
Bedtime snuggles!

Happy RDN Day! This is one of our favorite days of the year, because we love celebrating dietitians. That smoothie looks almost as good as the bedtime snuggles. 😉

Happy RD day to you! My co-worker and I treated ourselves to lunch out (instead of the hospital cafeteria) and the food service staff got me flowers and dark chocolate so it’s been a good day to be a RD
