From our farmhouse-style dining table to our shiplap screened porch to the two sectionals sofas we have, I’m sharing all the details on our furniture in and around our home in one round-up resource post.
You guys regularly ask me for the names of furniture pieces and paint colors in our home. I’ve shared several posts about home decor here, here, and here, but I wanted to create one big roundup of links to save as a home resource guide and permanent page on the blog.
My style has definitely evolved since the beginning of KERF — from family hand-me-downs and bright colors to now a neutral palette with timeless furniture pieces we have collected over the years. You’ll notice that I have a crush on all things Pottery Barn. I am all about investing in high quality pieces when I can – that’s where a sinking fund budget comes in!
Here are links, names, styles and colors from our home in a handy guide.

Love your gorgeous wooden floors and dining room set! Where is that vintage looking red/orange rug in Birch’s room from? Also wondering if the jute rugs in your living/dining room are easy to keep clean?
Kath Younger says
The vintage looking one was Thomas’s – I don’t think he bought it but let me check! And the jute rugs are easy to keep clean and also don’t show dog hair or dirt!

Love your style! Sherwin Williams Agreeable Gray is the perfect paint color! Over the stay-at-home orders my husband and I painted all of our home’s main living areas and hallways Agreeable Gray, and I couldn’t be happier with it. I sampled about 8 colors before I decided on this one. It looks different in various rooms and when the lighting is different but it’s always gorgeous.
Kath Younger says
Yay! I AGREE – haha!

Yeah every time someone asks the color name they have to make a corny joke lol

My sister has Agreeable Gray in her main living areas. It truly is agreeable! Goes well with everything IMO.
Your house is beautiful! I love timeless style. Have you watched the new show Dream Home Makeover on Netflix? You would like their style. It’s a neat show!

I haven’t seen it yet! I do love the Home Edit.

Where did you get black hooks above the shoe console in the entryway? Thank you for sharing!
Kath Younger says
Good one to add! They are these from Pottery Barn.
