I’m glad you’re sleeping better; it was probably the wonderful weekend you had that did it 😀
Have a great day!
Lindsay @ Summit Sandwiches says
I’m so happy the shapes have returned. I know that you prefer tea for the summer generally, but I love it when you drink the coffee because we readers get the treat of seeing what crazy shape shows up in your mug. That never fails to put a smile on my face. If only my drip coffee got so frothy in the AM!
Jessica @ How Sweet It Is says
Awesome that you are sleeping better! That can make a world of difference.
Marilou @ Mostly Healthy says
I don’t know why …. But I see a Panda in your coffee! Me-he-he!
Always cracks me up the picture of the bear bread 🙂
Have a good day!

I have been “envy-ing” your envitote for a long time… What a steal! I was so happy to be the first to order one! And it is so nice to hear that they are donating $100 to the oil spill. Breakfast looks awesome as usual! I hope you have a great day!
Gabriela @ Une Vie Saine says
Glad to hear you’re sleeping better!! I’d say the coffee is a fried egg…any in your future? 🙂
Veggielady4life says
Glad to hear you are sleeping better! That mix looks good. I rarely see you make dessert at home. Is it something you do often, or just on special occasions?
Kath says
I haven’t had TIME to make any desserts in ages!!
I generally dont’ do a lot of baking because then I’ll just eat it all. And I’m horrible at licking the dishes!
Sarena (The Non-Dairy Queen) says
Yay for sleeping better! I did too last night, but I think that was mostly because of total exhaustion! Have a great day Kath!

I’m so glad you’re sleeping better. I’ve been getting better sleeps too, after almost 10 months of insomnia!
Hmm I see a cookie with one lone chocolate chip in it. 😀
rebecca says
quick question… not sure if you’ve ever talked about this before. i know coconut has a lot of saturated fat, and i’ve heard somewhere that not all saturated fats are created equal… but that whole notion confuses me. so do you just assume all is good in moderation (coconut butter)? or is there some truth behind the good/bad saturated fats. i’m not really concerned personally – just ordered a jar =p as my numbers are good, but i’m curious what you have to say! thanks!
Kath says
I just wrote a comment response about this a few days ago. Coconut butter is high in medium chain triglycerides which can be used for energy. You’re right that all sat. fat is not equal 🙂 Plus, I eat coconut butter by the tbsp, not the cup full, so it’s a portion thing as well.
lauren says
Weird, but I see a fish head!
Brittany @ A Healthy Slice of Life says
I see a big brown bear peeking out of your coffee 🙂

I bought the Envirotote and absolutely love it! What a great bag.
Emiko says
The more I read about those Kodiak cakes, the more I’d like to give ’em a shot – they sound yummy! And that Envirotote seems like a perfect item to tote in the back seat of a car to ensure something that doesn’t need to tip over, won’t!
Tracy says
It’s a sunnyside up egg!!
Heather (Heather's Dish) says
ahhhhhhh, sleep was fabulous for me too…so much so that I wish i was still doing it!

yummmm… Both oatmeal and cookies AND brownies sound delicious right now. I think it would be an awesome idea to try chocolate-chip cookie oatmeal! Redefines the whole “cookies for breakfast” idea right??

I see a big bear head with the foam as his muzzle and the dot in the middle as his nose. You might have to look at it weird..but it’s there!! 😀
Jessica @ The Process of Healing says
Awww I think I’m too late for the Kodiak mix!!!! Bummer.
lynn (The Actors Diet) says
yup. that’s an eyeball! a very goooogly one.
Ashley says
OMG…there is a BEAR in your coffee!!! So the foam is the snout and the black hole is the tip of the nose…and then there are TWO tiny specks that look like eyes in the upper right part of the glass. See it?? Definitely a bear 🙂 And how fitting for the kodiak cakes and the bears in your post, hehe. SO glad to hear you’re sleeping better!

Your coffee reminds me of a squirrel or chipmunk head hahaha…….weird, I know!
Meaghan says
Hey Kath, I was wondering if you actually measure out your oatmeal in the morning or just eye ball it. I have been measuring my oatmeal for a while now, but I think I just want to eye ball it from now on because I get so fixated on making sure everything is measured out perfectly and it takes the joy out of eating my oatmeal. Well good luck with the moving. 🙂
Kath says
I measure the oats, milk, water to ensure proper absorption but I eyeball the rest.
ari says
i see a cow in your coffee! or, just the head.
Dawn says
Love your mosiac table!
Stacey@http://stacey-healthylife.blogspot.com/ says
