All I wanted on the agenda this morning was a kick-back bowl of breakfast enjoyed with some House Hunters. Mission accomplished!
Strangely despite the near-freezing temps (and still no heat turned on in here) I decided yogurt and cereal sounded really good.
I do not recommend preparing breakfast next to an open box of Oatmeal Squares. I think I had half my breakfast before sitting down! [Thanks to Allie for the exciting birthday gift!]
Crunch crunch
The Mix
- ~2/3 cup Quaker Oatmeal Squares on the bottom of my bowl Meals and Miles style! I loved putting the cereal on the bottom and yogurt on top – it was much easier and more fun to eat!
- ~2/3 cup plain yogurt
- ~1/3 cup pumpkin
- Pumpkin butter
- Chia seeds
- Half a banana
- Coconut butter drizzle (the peanut kind by Tropical Traditions I received to sample)
The bold and the beautiful:
The bears were quite energetic after I gave them their honeycomb yogurts:
Today we have a picnic planned and dinner with my uncle and cousins coming to town!
Steph says
I’ll have to try the cereal on the bottom! I always put mine on the top and the dang cereal is always trying to escape from my bowl.

I love Househunters — what a lovely way to spend a morning!
Alina @ Duty Free Foodie says
Love House Hunters on the weekend! We had a fire going in the fireplace last night. It ups the temps quite a bit until we turn the heat on.

It is so cold here too… I had to break down and turn on the heat!
