The last time we spent the night at Kate + Nate’s was in 2009 and things were quite a bit different.
This morning it began with playtime!
Kate and I made some breakfast while the dads played
Matt and I picked up a loaf of Honey Whole Wheat from GH Piper Glen and had some of ours in stock too, so we did a taste test. Matt guessed which was which, but both got high marks : )
For breakfast we had toast with sunflower butter and some fruit
Plus tea!
Baby Eats Real Food!!
We’re on our way to Caitlin’s soon!

Hey,
Just a head’s up. Target has the following on sale today as the daily deal which means free shipping. I didn’t know where to post this. *Liz Lange® for Target® Maternity Extended-Sizes Flare Jeans –
Standard Blue Wash $15.00. Seeing as you are pregnant and maternity clothes are pricey.

Isn’t it crazy how a few years can change things so drastically! 🙂 In a good way- but wow—- time goes really fast!

mmm that watermelon looks so good right now!
it’s so cool that matt guessed which bread was which. i always think bread is bread is bread, but since you mentioned that, i thought about how i would be able to tell the difference if someone else made a meal from the same recipe me, my mom, grandma, etc, use.

I always find it so funny how little kids stick their entire hand in their mouth in order to eat a tiny piece of food, haha. Have a nice Sunday!

Love to see babies eating real food! My two kids eat all sorts of vegetables and grains every day and lots of parents tell me that I’m so lucky they do that because their kids never would! but let me tell you they don’t always just do it of their own free will. Lots of hard work on mommy and daddies part has got us to this point where they eat what they are given.
It makes no sense to spend all this time worrying about feeding adults healthy food and being ok with their little bodies not getting real food too.
Oooops just have a bit of a rant….. hey its sunday morning I’ve got time to kill…hahahhaa

I live near the GH Piper Glen. I would’ve been surprised to have run into you here, but of course, I was sitting on my front porch this morning, enjoying this beautiful weather, and not out shopping! Hope you enjoyed your visit to Charlotte! Everything is in full bloom here. This is one of the most beautiful springs we’ve experienced here!
