Hi friends!
We’ve been offline planting seeds.
Seeds of growth. Seeds of conversation. Seeds of books/podcasts/articles.
While the air we’re breathing is feeling different by the day, the changes that need to happen in our society are going to take time. Unlearning a bias doesn’t happen overnight. There isn’t a handbook or course you can take to check off the box. There isn’t one big thing we do and we’re done. Change happens inch by inch, day by day, like watching a plant sprout from the ground. It starts at home; it grows and spreads through communities; and it continues with the next generation. Some sprouts grow faster than others, but only when they have plenty of sunshine. Be the sunshine.
Keep planting the seeds and one day we will have a beautiful garden.
