Drinking…
Spindrift sparkling waters. I found these at Costco (apparently Trader Joe’s also has them?), and they are incredible!!!!! They’re flavored with real fruit juice, and have no added sweeteners. It’s as if you took a plain club soda and added a splash of freshly squeezed fruit. The raspberry lime is my favorite, but they are all good. Well, except the cucumber – I just can’t get into that one. I really want to try the blackberry and watermelon ones!! They aren’t cheap though, so I am restricted to one a day.
Listening To…
Forever Country. Some of you linked to this video in my country music post, and my gosh it is THE BEST collaboration of country musicians. The song had me covered in goosebumps, and I listen to it on repeat all the time. Also loving this Acoustic Covers playlist on Spotify!
Giggling over…
The fact that I am in a Fantasy Football league! Yes, this is the influence of my new man 🙂 He’s obsessed, and so I joined a women’s team with one of our friends to help ease me into the football world. I gotta say, it’s really fun! My team, Luck Be A Lady, is headed up by Andrew Luck and AJ Green. Sadly we haven’t been doing that well. I think it’s hilarious that I know the names of NFL players now. I like watching sports, but I just haven’t ever had a reason to get into it!
Reading….
Modern Romance by Aziz Ansari. It’s insightful and incredibly funny. A great book!
Coveting…
All the leggings! It’s that time of year again. I live in leggings and this long tank from H&M that I can pull over my butt in the winter. I think I’m going to treat myself to a pair of the Athleta Metro leggings for my birthday : )
Sipping…
These wines came in the mail from Club W, the wine club I joined! Thank you all for supporting my wine drinking habit by using my affiliate link 😉 I can’t wait to slowly open and taste them all this fall and winter.
Particularly excited about this bottle – T. Swift inspired!
Digging…
My new cutting board. I featured it in this post, and love how pretty food looks on top. Plus you can write on it with chalk! I’m hoping to get the bigger version then next time I’m at the store. Dishwasher safe is a huge plus!

Omg I’m in a Fantasy Football league for the first time this year and somehow I’m in SECOND PLACE! I don’t even know what I’m doing! Haha but it’s fun to check and see how my team did each week!

The other white wine from Club W with the flowery logo (I can’t remember the name or see it in the pic) was one of my faves from them. I haven’t had as good of luck with the white wines that Club W has sent me as I have with their reds, but it was great. Enjoy!
Chelsea says
Actually, duh, now I can see it just fine in the photo, Love Me Not. Oops.

Have you heard of LuLaRoe? it’s sort of a new break-out of clothes that i think you would love. I am sure there are consultants in your area. They have a bicycle print that i think you would love. (i am not a consultant, just went to a ‘party’ the other day and found it to be an interesting concept). Cheers to all things fall!
KathEats says
I’ve heard of it but don’t know anything about it.
Pat says
Ha! I was going to write about LuLaRoe! I lovr, love, love their leggings.

Have fun with the pup, guy, and football.
I have tried to tolerate football for my husband, but I can’t. Then again he is a UofM grad and I’m a buckeye (by birth, education, work, AND life saved x 4!), so it is impossible to ever agree. ????
Kate says
As a new football fan it is very important that you select YOUR team with care and not base it simply on what friends/significant others like.
Consider the franchise history, the quality of the players and team dynamics, coaching staff, team ownership, stance on cheer-leaders, etc.
Once you have done all that then it will be perfectly clear to you the only team worth rooting for is THE STEELERS!
😉

Hahahaha!!!

That big snuggle buddy looks like my yellow lab, Mate! 🙂
And if you want to read a book about Fantasy Football, check out “Why fantasy football matters and our lives do not”. It is written by Erik Barmack and Max Handelman. I found it hilarious and made me realize why my husband is so obsessed with fantastic football.
Have a great weekend!
Sara Massello says
And I meant ‘fantasy’ not ‘fantastic’. 🙂

The raspberry one sounds great! I love sparkling water!

Wow, getting into fantasy football…that’s devotion! My husband and I have been married for 7 years and every year I say I am going to learn about football since he loves his fantasy league so much. He even bought me some books to read, and I still have yet to do it!
Also, yellow labs are the best! Well, except the hair…my Roomba works overtime 😉 Their snuggles can’t be beat, though!
Nicole says
A friend had that sparkling water at her party and it was my saving grace since I wasn’t drinking alcohol that night! The raspberry was definitely the best, the grapefruit was undrinkable though!
Jessica says
I’m British and Fantasy leagues are SO popular here! I know plenty of people who are more interested in their fantasy league teams than their actual football teams in the Premier League! Do you follow Womens Leagues? Or other soccer teams? Have a lovely weekend!
KathEats says
My league is American football, but I’d love to do a soccer one – especially a women’s soccer one (!!) – if I can find one to join!

I so want to try Spindrift now as I have never heard of it, & I am all about healthy carbonation 🙂 I wish I would have read your post earlier today as we were just at Trader Joe’s, & I would have looked for Spindrift!
I really like your new cutting board!
The dog is so cute 🙂 I love labradors!

Ahh, I”ve been wondering about Spindrift. I had learned of La Croix from you and picked up a few cans. I appreciate their lack of sweetener, but not sure about their flavor source when there’s zero sugar in there. How does Spindrift compare?
KathEats says
It’s just fruit so there are a few calories but it’s very minimal – 10 in the whole can
