The Mix
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- Pinch salt
- Half banana
- 1 tbsp flax
- Crumbled cornbread muffin
- Coconut
- Pumpkin Spice Almond Butter
