Bloom, my wellness program for women, is launching today! Here are all the details and how you can sign up!
Introducing, Bloom!
I am thrilled to launch my new wellness program today!! I have been working tirelessly the past few months to put it together, but you could also say this program is 15 years in the making.
Take everything you see on KERF and package it up in one neat bow….or bouquet. That is Bloom!

How the idea of Bloom came to be
About 6 months ago I felt like I was drifting through life without much focus. I was thinking back to my early days of blogging and how much I identified as a healthy person back then. I was highly motivated and full of energy! I felt great!
Fast forward a decade and a few kids, and I felt like a lump on the couch. I didn’t feel energized. I wasn’t eating well. I was drinking too much. I wasn’t putting myself – or my health – first. I decided in that moment that I was going to re-brand myself. I started thinking “what would the healthiest version of myself do right now?” I put a post-it note with the mantra “I am a healthy person” where I could see it as a daily reminder. I started to make better choices, and most importantly, feel great again!
I realized that all I had really changed was my mindset. I was prioritizing myself again. And I got the itch to create a program that would help other women do the same.
Special thanks to my colleague and fellow RD, Anne, for her input and advice in helping me get the concepts from my brain into a format that would help others!
Bloom: a wellness program for women
Bloom teaches you to blossom into your best self through intuitive eating, nutrition education, and cultivating healthy habits for the long term. The lessons encourage self reflection, and there are action steps to take each week, including journals and logs.
Over the course of six weeks, you’ll study the major pillars of health in your life: rest and sleep, eating and nutrition, and movement.
Each week you have a new topic to learn about and take action:
- Week One: Cultivate Calm
- Week Two: Intuitive Eating
- Week Three: What To Eat
- Week Four: Creating Balanced Meals
- Week Five: Movement
- Week Six: Blossom
How is the program put together?
Bloom is a six week program built inside of the app Kajabi. Lessons are dripped out week by week so you have one topic to focus on at a time, keeping you from getting overwhelmed in taking action and making changes. So when you first log in on March 1 you’ll see the welcome and introduction. Lesson 1 will unlock on Friday March 3 with a new lesson unlocked every 7 days after that.
The lessons are delivered in both written and podcast-style format. There aren’t hours of content that will take a long time to go through – you’ll be able to take the lessons in under 30 minutes each week. The action comes in the other 167 hours in your week! Each topic has accompanying downloads and/or mantras to go with it. Making change is more about mindset than hours put in.
The Bloom Community is called The Garden!
(Yes, I am very excited about this name!)
I knew I wanted to create two tiers of price level and support.
- Bloom the Course is a self study. You’ll be on your own to complete the lessons and take action.
- Bloom the Community is the optional add-on community where you’ll find accountability and support!
Hang out in The Garden to connect and chat with like-minded friends on the same journey towards a healthier life. If you are someone who needs a little accountability, The Garden is a must add-on for you. The Garden will mirror Bloom week by week, and we’ll dig deeper into each topic through discussion, chat, challenges, and prizes!
The program + community = the best possible transformation experience you could ask for!
How much does the program cost?
I decided to price the self-study on the lower side because I truly want as many people to take it as possible! Similar wellness programs for women are a few hundred dollars. This is the lowest price I plan to offer – the price will likely go up for future live launches or if I make the self-study version evergreen.
- Bloom the self study: $67
- Bloom + The Garden community: $164
How long do I have to buy Bloom?
10 DAYS ONLY!!!!
Because the content is dripped week by week, I want everyone to take it together. If you purchase it today, you should get a confirmation today, but we’ll officially start on March 1. The doors will close for purchase on February 27.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this program for me?
Bloom is for you if you are ready to prioritize your health again. For whatever reason, you haven’t been putting yourself first. Maybe you have never put your health first. Perhaps you had a child (or four!), your career took off and you spent long days in an office, or you got married (or married then divorced) and life has gotten in the way. Your health has not been a priority. Yet your health is your most priceless asset.
- Desire: to be a confident, glowing, energized version of your best self
- Goal: Prioritize yourSELF, redefine your relationship with food, and simplify your healthy routine to habits that are sustainable for the long term.
Who should not take this program?
- Those who follow a strict health protocol
- Those who recognize disordered eating attitudes and behaviors in yourself or have been diagnosed as having an eating disorder. (I see you and support you, but this program is not the best fit.)
- Those who feel you have little improvement to make in your daily habits. You are already rocking your health!
Will this program help me lose weight?
How about a better approach to health: Bloom is focused on how you feel, not how you look. Bloom is a wellness program for women, and weight loss is not the focus. Bloom is Health At Every Size (HAES) aligned with a non-diet approach. The content is based on intuitive and mindful eating practices.
Are there meal plans? Will you tell me what to eat?
Bloom does not follow one way of eating. Vegans, vegetarians, carnivores – all welcome. This program is flexible. It is not a one-size-fits-all plan focused on meal plans or a certain way of eating. Rather, you’ll examine your own preferences, fine-tune, and add healthy habits that support how you already like to live within the lens of intuitive eating.
How long do I have access?
You’ll have lifetime access to Bloom as long as the program is offered. Garden members will have six weeks of support and community. If the community is very active, it might remain open indefinitely.
What if I am super busy?
Who isn’t super busy? While this program will require you to take some time to focus on yourself, remember that optimal health is one of the few things money can’t buy. No one can fix it for you. You cannot outsource your daily choices to someone else (although there are plenty of services and apps that can support you along the way…).
One of my very favorite quotes about health:
“A healthy woman wants a thousand things, a sick woman only wants one.” – Confucius.
BLOOM THIS SPRING!
I would be honored to have you join.

I just signed up. My focus for 2023 is self-care and this seems very on point. It will be a gentle reminder to stay focused. Thank you for offering to share your information with me. So looking forward to it.

I am on vacation in Hawaii with family starting March 1st. I’m not sure I can give it my full attention since we will be traveling until Sunday, March 12th. Will I be playing catch up since I won’t have the time to devote at the beginning?
Kath Younger says
The week you will be on vacation for is the “Cultivate Calm” week, and I can’t think of a better place to get into the spa mindset than Hawaii! So I think your timing works out perfectly, especially if you can log into the app and listen and read the first week’s content on your way out there.
Diane Weddle says
Thanks for the quick response. The Bloom program sounds perfect & just what I need in my life right now. I suffer from FOMO syndrome so I definitely don’t want to miss out. LOL -Diane
Kath Younger says
Haha me too!! You’ll have lifetime access too so if you want to rewatch anything later you can!
Daina says
Thanks for putting the program together! Don you complete the self study assignments within the app?
Kath Younger says
Yes there is a desktop version and an optional app for Kajabi, which is the name of the software that houses Bloom. Some of the assignments are downloads / printables that you can either do electronically or on paper.
Daina says
Excellent- thanks!
Susan says
What is the platform for the Garden community?
Is it through the app or is it a Facebook group?
Kath Younger says
It’s through Kajabi which is the software that hosts the program as well. You can use desktop or get the phone app! It’s a lot like a Facebook group 🙂
Vidya says
Hi Kath
Can we join now? I am seeing this just now.
