Despite Matt and I accidentally sleeping in late and having to rush, we both managed to still have an awesome breakfast thanks to making a big batch of steel cut oats ahead of time! He made a savory bowl of oatmeal with egg, cheddar, and steamed veg while I mixed mine with cinnamon, ginger, mango, blueberries, pb, and local honey. We <3 oatmeal in all forms!

Ahhh love my oatmeal in the morning. So much more filling and ‘cozy’ than a bowl of cereal. Plus it tastes amazing when topped with frozen fruit and peanut butter!
