This post is mighty Easter egg heavy for being only February 3 (and my friend Becca’s birthday!)
Eggcelent!!!
The Mix
For TWO bowls:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- Pinch salt
- 3 tbsp chia seeds (heavy handed today!)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese, stirred in at end
- Vanilla, stirred in at end
Toppings
- Groovy Granola
- Coconut
- TJ’s sunflower butter, drizzled about
My OTHER childhood friend, Kirsten, is coming to visit this afternoon through tomorrow. I’m working this morning on a few things and then hopping over to the gym, a quick lunch and she’ll be here!
