Too busy to post a full report, but here are pictures from dinner.
- Delicious sweet potato fries (which were actually mini yams) baked in the oven
- Grilled chicken tenders
- Italian pole beans (frozen), blanched and tossed in bottled citrus-ginger sauce

I’m up to 1861 calories today, and with -650 calories burned, that leaves me with a net of 1211. I’m still a little hungry, so I might have some frozen fruit (my new kind that’s soooo fresh despite being frozen!)

what is the brand of fresh-but-frozen fruit? would you mind emailing me? or posting it? we have been usig the store brand, and they are SO SOGGY. i’d rather just eat only in-season fruit, which is so sad because berries are a great snack!
