I spent some time straightening up this morning – including ironing our Thanksgiving napkins! (I never iron but they were majorly wrinkled!)
I also cooked some wheatberries!
Then I set down to work on Organic. Blah.
I haven’t been terribly hungry today, but I broke for lunch at 1:30.
I made a Turkey + Pumpkin Butter Sandwich on Honey Wheat. Great combo!!
And a Spinach Salad with Carrot, Red Pepper and Pom Seeds tossed in raspberry vinegar, a splash of extra virgin OO and a drizzle of honey. Great salad!
Plus tea –
I decided to shower this morning and save my workout for later in the day. I’ve had the Christmas music on all morning and have been dancing around the house. I REALLY want to be in a show!! (FYI, I danced for 12 years of my life – tap, jazz, ballet, etc.). So I checked to see what classes are offered at my gym on Sunday afternoons and there’s one called Cardio Funk. It’s described as a “sweaty dance class” so I might just give it a try. But don’t hold me to it!
Back to work.

I just read your response to me asking for the Chicken Marsala recipe. No worries—I totally understand it’s hard when you are eating at someone else’s house 🙂 The only reason I asked was because I assumed it was a “healthier” version and was curious to see how she did it!
