And, It’s so nice that as an RD you eat well at work. I see the RD’s at my hospital eating junk all of the time.

Your pictures always leave my mouth watering. You make even the most simple of meals look fresh and inviting.
Anywhere? Tomorrow? Sunset Beach, NC. That’s where my mom , my sister and my 3 nieces are. And it’s just a few hours drive from the Greensboro area where the bulk of the rest of my family is. We haven’t been stateside since being stationed on Guam, I’ve not seen my family since Nov. 08.
lisa says
If I could go anywhere tomorrow it would definitely be to Morocco, especially Fez and Marrakesh. I was supposed to go there back in April, in addition to some days in Spain, but we got stuck in Spain due to that volcanic ash from Iceland. But I couldn’t complain! Better to be stuck in Europe than in America, and we ended up going on a great road trip through Spain, Andorra, and France. (You can read about it and see pics on my blog, if anyone’s interested.)
Lisa @bakebikeblog says
LOVE LOVE LOVE that lunch creation 🙂
Nicole says
I just want to say that I’ve been following your blog for over a year now and you truly are a role model to me. I have struggled with anorexia for 4 years and do have my high and very low points. From reading your blog, I realized that it’s ok to indulge at times and what well balanced meals look like. I hope to one day become an RD as well as meet you. I know that you probably get tons of e-mails and comments and don’t respond to all of them but I honestly hope to hear from you. Also, how were you able to set up your site? I’m still new at blogging! How were u able to get out there in the blogging world? I need some connections lol Your the best, God Bless, Nicole
Kath says
Thanks Nicole 🙂

Roma, Italia; Australia and New Zealand; Grand Teton National Park
Roma because we lived there for three years and I loved it and have friends that I miss there.
Australia and New Zealand because I’ve never been and loved reading Bill Bryson’s book about his wanderings. New Zealand because someone I knew (a Welshman) told me that NZ is even more beautiful than Wales.
Grand Tetons because it’s gorgeous and we’d drive there and I love driving across the US.
Oh and Wales, and England, and Scotland, and Greece, and St Petersberg.
