I made myself a yogurt, fruit + Whole Foods Honey Puff bowl for breakfast. Stone fruits rule!
Plus a little chia and coconut on top – and some Nature’s Path granola as well

Hi Kath! I’m in a dietetics program very similar to the one you went though. We learned the term “drupes” for what you refer to (I think) as stone fruits. Did you learn that too? The term makes me laugh every time!
