I had to stop bringing home Cville Cluster granola for a while – that stuff is addicting and D E N S E! If you break down the ingredients, most of them are [healthy] fats, which means 9 calories per gram, which means one energy-packed food. It’s been a long time since I’ve had any at home, so I brought it back this week for a little rendezvous.
For breakfast I had a generous serving floating in some Siggi’s drinkable yogurt with a whole small banana. No nut butter or chia seeds necessary in this bowl! So filling and satisfying as it is with flax, walnuts, sunflower seeds and coconut.
Served with a cup of decaf – also something I recently replenished. It’s funny how I like coffee most in the spring + fall but not as much in the winter!
Have a terrific Tues!
The Mrs @ Success Along the Weigh says
Ooh, that DOES look delicious! I can see why having it around the house all the time could be tempting! Glad you got to rendezvous with your old friend. 😉
Michelle@PeachyPalate says
That bowl/cup is awesome! Granola is my downfall but as someone who needs to gain weight it’s no harm! I’d munch way through it until the jar was empty!
Catalina @ Cake with Love says
That cluster granola may be my favorite on eeven if I didn’t try it, can I order directly from your store online?
KathEats says
Unfortunately not yet, but we’re hoping to add an online ordering system in the coming months
Heather says
That will make my husband SOOOOOO happy. I accidentally got him addicted during your last Open Sky sale and didn’t tell him we couldn’t just get it whenever we want. He asked me to fly to Charlottesville to remedy that. Haha!
KathEats says
Haha
Catalina @ Cake with Love says
Thanks, Kath! I can’t wait, I will be the first who will order a giant batch of this granola!
Ashley @ My Food 'N' Fitness Diaries says
any kind of granola is super addicting to me!! i often don’t buy it for that reason, but every once in awhile it’s necessary. 🙂
Angel7 says
I think I am going to have some decaf coffee this morning–it just sounds good.

Claire @ Live and Love to Eat says
Any tips you’re willing to share on getting cluster-y granola?
KathEats says
Secret recipe 🙁
Andrea says
I believe that using brown rice flour in your granola recipe can help make it more cluster-y!
Cait @ Beyond Bananas says
That would be something I’d have in the house occasionally – because I know I’d eat it all.. at once!
Ariel says
Yum, that stuff is ah-mazing! Hopefully you get to do another Opensky sale soon 🙂
Katie @ Peace Love & Oats says
That granola looks and sounds so delicious!!! I really need to keep trying out some new gluten free granolas, haven’t found one I love yet!
Becca says
Yum! Granola and banana, two of my favorite breakfast foods together 🙂 it looks good.

Granola for breakfast…that is something I have not had in awhile…yummy!
Caroline @ After Dinner Dance says
It sure looks addicting! Most of the stuff at your bakery must be tempting!
Laura @ Sprint 2 the Table says
Your granola sounds so good! I’m all about ground flax seeds and coconut as toppings lately.
Jodi @ Jodi, Fat or Not says
I want your entire place setting right now! The bicycle is so cute.
Cait's Plate says
Great minds think alike – we both broke out our jars of Cville Cluster for breakfast today…except I couldn’t help but add both chia and nut butter to the batch 😉
Love the idea of putting it into drinkable yogurt!
Hope @ With A Side Of Hope says
That cluster granola sure does look delicious! I need to try some of that stuff. Yum! 🙂
Jasper {crunchylittlebites} says
it’s amazing how if something yummy is around my mouth doesn’t follow my heads “you could have just one/one bite” suggestion. 🙂 granola looks awesome! Was that the kind of granola for which you did a major shipping a couple of week ago?
KathEats says
Yup
Khushboo says
I love granola but find it to hard to not grab handfuls..like u said, its very dense!
Averie @ Averie Cooks says
I have times of the year where I like coffee more than others…but normally it’s just from hot to iced coffee 🙂
Liz @ Tip Top Shape says
That granola looks so good!!! Enjoy your Tuesday 😀
Val @ Tips on Healthy Living says
Yum! Where can you find the Cville Cluster granola online? Don’t tell me it’s only sold in Charlottesville!
KathEats says
Sorry but at this time, that’s it
KathEats says
ALTHOUGH, if you live near a Great Harvest, they have access to the recipe and can make it for you!
Val @ Tips on Healthy Living says
Wow, they will? That’s great to know. There is one near me, thanks!
KathEats says
You’ll have to talk them into it if they’re not already making it. Most bakeries will do it for a bulk order. Tell them to talk to us if they want!
Lyn @ Life Lyn Style says
My GH in Mentor Ohio made me a batch at Christmas time. I think they added it to their menu since I saw it there a couple of weeks ago. They were very good to work with and talked to Matt etc.
kris says
Would you please share where you bought your bowl?!?! I have been wanting something similar but have been unable to locate them anywhere.
p.s. Please consider doing another Opensky (or other online) sale soon! I would love to get my hands on some of this granola! It looks sooo delicious.
KathEats says
The bowl was handmade from a market in Asheville, NC! Hard to replicate, but if you have a pottery store..
Grace @ Grace Dishes says
Your serveware is always so pretty! I love granola but I have to be careful with it or I end up eating all of it haha!
jordan @ thedancingdonut says
love that placemat!! and it’s interesting, i love coffee all year round for sure, but i’m mostly just drink tea during the winter and less any other season…
Lauren @ Oatmeal after Spinning says
The C-ville cluster granola is hands down the BEST granola I’ve ever had. I bought a bag last fall when I was at the bakery and didn’t even notice the nutritional stats. I know it’s full of all good ingredients, but man- it’s definitely calorie dense, like you said! I have to have GREAT restraint not to down a cup full each time. 🙂
hannah says
KATH! I’ve nominated you for an award! http://honeybutterbakes.wordpress.com/2012/04/24/ive-been-nominated-for-the-sunshine-award/ xxxx.
KathEats says
Thanks 🙂
Björg says
I can never Keep granOla in my kitchen, it’s too addictig! 🙂
I buy weekly from a local farmer, so good :
I just tell myself it’s all good and healthy :]
Molly @ RDexposed says
Will run in order to eat that entire jar. How many miles do you think I’d have to do? Ha. Don’t answer that.
Annette @FitnessPerks says
I love thick clusters—but they are a sometimes food b/c of the sugar and fat–I prefer more protein in the a.m.! 🙂
Sarah @ The Strength of Faith says
Stupid question – what is drinkable yogurt?
KathEats says
It’s a product on the market… Like kefir but made slightly different
Sarah @ The Strength of Faith says
Is the texture like milk? Where do you get it?
KathEats says
It’s like a yogurt smoothie. Any grocery store will have it, but I like organic valley and these new siggis ones
Sarah @ The Strength of Faith says
Ahh, gotcha. Thanks!
j3nn says
Granola is so good, and I bet Cville crunch is divine! But yeah, it’s pretty calorie-dense. 🙁 Why can’t it be a vegetable? 😀
Mary says
I agree – Cville cluster is the best tasting and most addicting granola I have ever eaten. I have to hold myself back from eating the whole bag at once. It’s probably good I can only order it once in a while!
Fran@ Broken Cookies Don't Count says
Looks like a great breakfast!
