Yo!!
I finally caught up on my Great Harvest stuff this morning, although we’re headed to a meeting soon and then to Warrenton this evening to pick up bread and socialize with Pablo! Tomorrow we have 2 meetings too, and Friday we’re taking care of Karen and also driving back to Warrenton!
Anyways, hope you enjoyed the Home Neat Home! I’m working very hard on the cleaning episode too! Spent all morning doing some before and afters with my new miracle product. I cannot BELIVE it got up these spots that I have tried to scrub since we moved into this house in July …
More details soon!!
Somehow I skipped going to the gym. I was just too busy! It was kind of purposeful though because I am still sore from Monday’s Body Pump. Good to take a rest.
Matt made some kale chips for us to have for lunch!
Smothered in ketchup, per usual. Also seasoned with some smoked paprika!
On the side I had a slice of High Five Fiber toast with my lavender rosemary crunch hummus (LOVE it!)
And for dessert, Oikos with Ambrosial muesli, roasted buckwheat crunchies and Great Harvest jam!
Ale works on the side
Now that you know more about my blogging techniques, you’ll know this post only took me about 10 minutes!! Good news because I am super late getting in the shower!
Hannah @ Healthy Whip says
I must try kale chips soon! I am intrigued at the cleaning product!

Baking 'n' Books says
Do they really stay crispy? I can’t imagine…
Tessa @ Amazing Asset says
Kale Chips do stay crispy! They are so light and crunchy and can be made with several variations. I like a more original taste of these, olive oil and a bit of sea salt= perfection:)

I enjoyed the behind the scenes blogging – it’s fun to see how other bloggers do their thing! I was fascinated by the PC-related uploading because I’m running a mac and do things a little bit differently. How fun!
Marie@feedingfive says
So anticipating your favorite new cleaning product. And so overwhelmed with the blogging info. I will leave the heavy stuff to the pros (you). Thanks always for such informative and helpful posts. That peanut butter yesterday looked so so good, I think I will try and make some. I love to cook but must say I’ve gotten much more creative since your blog.

Justeen @ Blissful Baking says
Kale chips are so addicting! 🙂
Kay (skinnybound) says
That bread and hummus + kale chips is screaming my name. GOSH. I’m in college and I live in a residence hall, so no wonderful meals like this for me! Most of the time I’m hastily shoving down boiled eggs and mixed nuts to get by. I’m so jealous!
Alexa @ Simple Eats says
Your yogurt “desserts” always leave me craving jelly + yogurt. I’m so glad you’re a seltzer girl, too!
Angela @ Eat Spin Run Repeat says
It has been far too long since I’ve had kale chips! I’ve never tried them with paprika but usually I massage the kale in vinegar and olive oil, then sprinkle them with salt. SO good!
I wish I could get a post up in 10 mins like you! 🙂
Christine (The Raw Project) says
The kale chips look great, but the hummus sounds amazing!
Namaste Gurl says
I love how simple and yummy your meals are, yet not lacking the health or yum factor. Well done to that!
Where do you find lavender salt? I’m interested

You are the queen of the lightning fast posts!
I am getting more and more comfortable with LR 3 and it’s only been a few days! YAY!
I don’t have live writer, though, boo. I have a mac and it’s just too cumbersome to run windows on a mac.
I wrote a post about lightroom today (linked you) and…drumroll….after my first edited photos, a pic of mine made it into Foodgawker! The same exact pic they rejected, unedited..made it, after some editing in lightroom. I am so happy. Thank you for encouraging me to buy it!
And if you have any preset info on where you snagged the freebies you love, holla!
🙂

i’m so jealous! my blogs take me so long to compose, and since I’m a busy college student, I can’t spend that much time for multiple posts a day, but I also can’t afford all the fancy software!

That humus looks so thick and delicious! Definitely gotta make some of that with the big bag of chickpeas I have! Do to you use fresh or canned?
