It’s just one of those perfect Sundays around here!
Couch. Sun. Wide-open schedule. Oats. Coffee.
Today’s bowl was killer!
Great Harvest Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal Mix, cottage cheese, 2 super ripe bananas, chia seeds, crumbled blueberry oat bran muffin, Smucker’s Natural.
And ICIAJ (icedcoffeeinajar!)
Larbs + Matt move to NC this weekend!! Check out her Best Of Boston recap – bookmark for future travels!
My bucket list:
Cait's Plate says
Oh my gosh – cinnamon raisin oatmeal mix!? That sounds so delicious.
And haha – your lists are like mine. I love that you put “eat vegetables” on there. I do the same 🙂
That’s so exciting that your sister is moving closer to you! Mine is currently in grad school at Emory and I’m DYING for the day she’s done and can move back up to the Northeast! Yours is going down the coast and I want mine to come up the coast! Haha.
Enjoy your day!
Errign says
I LOVE your today list – run like the wind Bullseye! 🙂
Anna @ Newlywed, Newly Veg says
Haha…calling it a “bucket list” instead of a “to-do list” makes it sound much more fun 🙂
Gina @ Running to the Kitchen says
I love that your run is written as “run like the wind” 🙂
Aine @ Something to Chew Over says
Yum looks great! 🙂
I’m catching up on laundry today too – nothing like the satisfaction of putting away piles of clean clothes and knowing that the laundry basket is empty!
I wish I had a Whole Foods to visit 🙁 Any chance they’ll decide to come to Ireland I wonder?!
Lee @ in the pink of condition says
Run like the wind is on my list of things to do today also! Except it’ll probably end up being more like running with the snails 🙂
Lauren says
Sounds like a perfect day!
So do you keep your laundry separate (KY and MM laundry)?
We’ve always mixed ours since we’ve lived together but in the summer, my husbands velcro pockets on cargo shorts have killed a few of my things.
Chelsea says
Same question here! 😉
KathEats says
Yup – we keep them separate because we have separate rooms for closets. In our Charlotte house we used to do them together, but I’ve found it’s easier to sort laundry if I’m doing 2 loads – one of each – instead of 2 loads of a blend. Does that make sense? We are also each in charge of our own laundry, but I’ll often do his for him if I’m home and he’s working or something.
Chelsea says
I forgot about the 2 separate rooms thing. That makes total sense. I have to fold my laundry and towels (Shaun isn’t allowed) but I’ll sometimes fold his for him too. I can fold the way he does bit he can’t fold the way I do. What up with that!?! 😉
Tracy says
So do you mix your darks and whites?
I have 4 athletic kids and my husband and I are both active, so I do at least 2 loads and sometimes 3 loads EVERY day! That doesn’t even include when I wash towels/sheets. I do a TON of laundry!
KathEats says
Yup. I’ve never had a problem mixing them.
3 loads a day!?! WOW. That must be expensive!
Elisabeth says
I mix my stuff usually, too. I usually do a clothes load and a towels/underwear/socks load (basically, cold load/warm load) 🙂
Susan says
The BF & I are each in charge of our own laundry, too. Occasionally I’ll throw a load in the washer for him, but he’s in charge of it after that. I’m usually the one that does the workout clothes, though.
Laura @ Sprint 2 the Table says
I think you could top anything with a crumbled muffin an glob of nut butter and I’d drool. It’s an addiction.
Julie says
Run like the wind! Love it! 🙂 Great list.
Alex says
2 bananas today? Woah! Breakfast of champions 🙂
lynn @ the actor's diet says
my list is looking pretty similar from when i get back from NYC. except no running!

That is one gorgeous bowl of oats! Seriously, they look amazing–even though words like gorgeous to describe oats make me sound a little like Holden Caulfield in Catcher in the Rye. Hope you run like the wind with a smile on your face 🙂
