banana issues! I've had some great success microwaving my 1/2 banana to top the oatmeal pancake..no problems and perfect gooey, spreadable consistency. Buuut, recently, it's not been coming out right and I'm doing exactly the same things I was when I was successful..any tips? thanks!

I don't microwave my bananas – I just mash them, with a fork, for a good minute or so until they get a sheen. Maybe the microwave is taking out the moisture? Skip it!
