Gosh, I am feeling a little uninspired tonight!
There was bread..
And a late afternoon snack since we had a dinnertime conference call to discuss Quickbooks. Inside of my yogurt cup was some granola! And yay to the first nectarine (peach!?) of the season!
Matt and I counted the moolah and wrapped up our call and headed home. He sure is tired. He decided he’d eaten enough bread and went straight to bed. I might just put a spinach leaf on his toothbrush in the morning so he doesn’t miss any nutrients!
I made a simple lunch-dinner. Life is NEVER too busy for REAL FOOD!
Spinach salad with veggies, peanuts and blue cheese
And a smashed banana + peanut butter sandwich on Nine Grain!
Simple. Satisfying.
Just catching up on emails and hoping to get 20 minutes of good reading in before bed. Redeeming Love is still good. Gosh I am the world’s slowest reader! But I have been busy!
Nite!
Caitlin says

Ash @ Good Taste Healthy Me says
I totally agree, esp with breakfast! It takes two seconds to throw together an easy breakfast. So much better than stopping somewhere for fast food.

As tired as I might be I don’t think I could go to bed without dinner! I know I’d wake up in the middle of the night with a grumbling tummy. Although, it seems guys can ‘forget’ about their hunger from time to time so maybe they’re wired differently 🙂
Pam says
You’re right, there is always time for real food. All it takes is a little planning and saves so much time and $$ in the long run.
So cool your bakery is running and going well. It’s awesome to see the whole process, thanks for sharing :)!
