Good morning
I hope some of you have already started your Thanksgiving week celebrations. We are [hopefully] going to be very busy at the bakery Monday – Wednesday but then we have a really nice few days off with lots of family celebrating coming to our house. I’m joining Matt at the bakery after lunch today and plan to be there all day Tues + Wed as well. Yesterday’s pie-making extravaganza was a success!Breakfast this morning was a bowl of greek yogurt topped with banana, bran flakes, chias, coconut and Wild Squirrel Cocoa-Nut Butter. Absolutely love the texture + flavor of that squirrel!
Coconut tea to match, topped with a pile of foam [FYI, I make this with a cheap IKEA frother!]
Have a good day!

The Great Harvest in my hometown used to make rolls and loaves of bread that looked like little turkeys for Thanksgiving. Is the Charlottesville one being similarly festive? Regardless, I am sure it will be a very busy couple of days for you and Matt!
KathEats says
Oh cute! I don’t think we have plans to do that this year…but we will investigate!

Since you were talking about two animals in your last post, all I could think of was camel crickets when I read your title, “Bowl Full of Squirrel” (LOL) 🙂

Do you mean how to use it?

do you dirty 2 glasses every time you use it? 1 for making your tea and one to froth the milk in before adding it to the tea?
KathEats says
I put the milk in my mug, microwave for 26 seconds, froth with the frother and then pour the tea on top

The airlines are making a great effort to prevent my Thanksgiving celebrations. Wishing they offered a squirrely breakfast that looked remotely like yours.

I loved their pretzel filled peanut butter! That was when they were “Flying Squirrel” peanut butter though. I am going to have to order some more after seeing how delish this looks on your yogurt!
