Lemon is one of my very favorite flavors! My mom always made her dad a lemon meringue pie for his birthday – she never missed a year treating him to it. I believe I got my love of citrus from him. All of these recipes look amazing.

These all look great! I never thought to pair grapefruit with avocado.
I pinned your martini image. I can’t wait to give it a try someday soon. I love when you have fabulous pinable images.

Wow, this all looks so amazing! Every winter my MIL in Florida sends us two shipments of citrus – usually a mixture of orange varieties and grapefruit. Our first shipment arrives this week and I cannot wait! I think we’ll have to try the avocado and grapefruit salad first off. Thanks for sharing!
