old fashioned rolled oats

brewed Yerba Mate tea

cup
milk of your choice

salt

cinnamon

slivered almonds

tbsp
coconut flakes

honey
Instructions
Boil water for tea and steep for 3-4 minutes. Strain and measure out 3/4 a cup. Drink the rest!
Toast almonds and coconut in a toaster oven or dry skillet until golden brown. Don't take your eyes off or they will burn!
In a medium pot, add oats, tea, milk, salt, and cinnamon.
Bring heat to medium and stir until thick and bubbly and liquid is absorbed, about 5-7 minutes.
Portion into a bowl and top with almonds and coconut.
Drizzle honey on top and enjoy!
