Ingredients

whole wheat tortilla
I like Whole Foods brand
1/3
cup
white beans
1/4
cup
ricotta cheese or sliced mozzarella

small summer tomato
Handful fresh basil
Salt + pepper and olive oil to taste
Instructions
I started with a whole wheat tortillas and smashed on about 1/3 cup white beans.
Then sprinkled on some olive oil, salt and pepper
Next came a slathering of ricotta cheese! You could most definitely use mozzarella here too and make it a caprese pizza!
Next came slices of fresh tomato and basil from our garden. Plus a sprinkle more of sea salt.
Recommended consumption is with a knife and fork!
