I like strawberries just plain, but my favorite way to eat them is when they are cooked. In a pie or cobbler..or buckwheat bake!NOTE: I used a whole egg in this recipe, but microwave versions are best with flax eggs!! The egg took much longer to cook and created too much volume.

Flax egg [1 tbsp ground flax set in 2.5 tbsp warm water for 5 minutes]
