Instructions
Brew yerba mate and allow to cool.
Mix chia seeds, yerba mate, milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl or jar and chill overnight.
In the morning, portion pudding into two glasses.
Mix yogurt with maple, cinnamon, and vanilla and dollop on top of chia pudding.
