1can of black beansrinsed and drained
½cupfrozen corncooked and drained
1cupof cooked farro or any whole grain like brown ricewheat berries or bulgur
Cilantro to garnish
Squeeze of lime
Salt and pepper
At serving
Salad dressing of your choice
