I love this recipe because of its simplicity. Just mix everything together in a bowl. Form into balls and bake for 25 minutes. Done.Serve with pasta and greens.

Ingredients
1poundof grass-fed beefI used 90% lean
2eggs
1/3cuppanko breadcrumbs
1/4cupsun-dried tomatoes packed in oilchopped
1/2cupshredded parmesan cheese
1tspkosher salt
1/4tspblack pepper
Sprinkling of garlic powderor one clove
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425*. Grease a pan with oil or nonstick spray.
Crack eggs into bowl and whisk with a fork. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Form into balls and bake for 25 minutes and temp reaches 160*
