Add 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 tsp maple syrup, and either 1/8, 1/2 or 1 tsp of spirulina to three different bowls. Mix well and chill overnight or at least 3-4 hours. In the morning, layer from darkest color to lightest, adding blueberries between layers as desired. Top with Greek yogurt and cinnamon.
