Oatmeal Breakfast Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Quaker Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup pecan bits
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Pulse 1 cup of the Quaker Old Fashioned Rolled Oats in a food processor for 10 seconds until you have a coarse flour.
  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Mix wet ingredients.
  • Pour wet into dry. Stir to combine.
  • Pour into a 9” pie dish greased with butter or cooking spray.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Allow to cool and then cut into 8 slices.
