This homemade nutty granola recipe is a family favorite courtesy of my father-in-law, John! It's packed with nuts, seeds, and coconut and is made without oats, so it's gluten free. Almond meal, honey, and coconut oil bind it together.

Ingredients
3/4cupraw pumpkin seeds
3/4cupraw sunflower seeds
3cupssliced raw almonds
1/2cupchopped walnuts
1.5cupsalmond flouraka almond meal
1.5cupsshredded coconut
1tspcinnamon
1/2tspground cloves
1/2tspground ginger
1/2tspground nutmeg
1/2tspkosher salt
3tbspvanilla extract
1/3cupcoconut oilmelted
1/3cuphoney
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Sprinkle spices evenly around.
Add wet ingredients and stir well to combine.
Spread onto a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Bake for 20 minutes, stir.
Bake for another 5 minutes.
Allow to cool before storing in an air tight container.
