I debated what to call these - Cookies? Snack balls? Clusters? I settled on bites because their shape varies and they are pretty good for ya! The honey and coconut flavors are pronounced. Keep them in the freezer to keep their firmness.

Ingredients
1cuprolled oats
1/2cupsoftened coconut butter
1/4cupchia seeds
1/4cupchopped walnuts
1/4cupoat flour
1/4cupcoconut
1/4cuphoney
1/4cupwater
Instructions
Soften coconut butter to the consistency of room temperature butter.
Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add coconut butter and water and mix well with clean hands.
Form into balls (or clusters!) Give them a squeeze to help the ingredients stick and then roll.
