Quaker Old Fashioned Oats

2% milk

plain 2% Greek yogurt
Half a large banana

blue spirulina

Toppings: all optional!
Instructions
Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and mix.
Chill and soak in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, blend once more and pour into bowl.
