These cookies are 50% butter and sugar and 50% superfood. Chia seeds create little crunchy bits with each bite and ground flax, coconut oil and whole wheat pastry flour keep them soft and chewy.

Dry
2cupswhole wheat pastry flouror spelt flour
1tspbaking powder
1tspground cinnamon
1/2tspbaking soda
1/2tspsalt
Wet
1.5sticks softened butter6 ounces
1/4cupcoconut oil
1cupwhite sugar
1cupbrown sugar
1/4cuphoney
2large eggs
1/2tbspvanilla extract
Mix Ins
1cupoats
1cupchia seeds
1cupground flax seeds
1cupchocolate chips
1/2cupraisins
1/2cupchopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*.
Sift dry ingredients together.
In a large bowl, combine wet ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until smooth.
Stir in mix ins.
Bake until they are just cooked - about 12 minutes.
