Ingredients

cup
rolled oats
2/3
cup
milk
or 1/3 cup milk + 1/3 cup yogurt
1
tsp
chia seeds
1
tsp
molasses
Pinch
each of cinnamon
ginger, and nutmeg
Pinch
of kosher salt
Instructions
Mix oats, chia seeds, spices, molasses, salt, and milk in a jar or bowl.
Chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight, in the fridge.
In the morning, top with leftover gingerbread cookies, or Biscoff!!
