Ingredients

chicken legs
bone in but skin off (ask your butcher to remove the skin for you!)

pounds
small potatoes

pound
green beans

garlic cloves
crushed

tsp
fresh ginger

curry powder

coriander seeds

kosher salt

can coconut milk

cup
mixed raisins

cups
brown rice
cooked according to package
Garnishes: Cilantro
peanuts
Instructions
Put potatoes and chicken into the bowl of a crockpot.
Add everything except green beans and mix to coat.
Set to low for 6 hours.
In the last hour, add the green beans.
Serve over rice with cilantro and peanuts for garnish.
