fresh cherries
pitted

rolled oats

plain yogurt

2% milk
Half a banana

scoop protein powder
Pinch
kosher salt
Instructions
Put the ingredients in a blender, mix together, and chill overnight or at least a few hours.
In the morning, blend until smooth and serve in a bowl with toppings of your choice.
