I’m not a huge fan of chicken salad in general (too much mayo!), but this version made with yogurt, apple, berries, walnuts and celery is refreshingly good.

Ingredients
1/2a grilled chicken breastcubed (leftovers from the weekend)
1large applediced
1stalk celerydiced
1/3cup-ish blackberries
2tbspchopped walnuts
Dressing: About 1/4 cup Fage2 tsp dijon mustard, sprinkle majarom, sprinkle celery salt, pepper.
Instructions
Toss all ingredients to combine.
Steam four cabbage leaves and made little cups to eat it with!
