Ingredients

chai spiced tea bag
steeped in half a cup of hot water

butter

bosc pear
chopped
1/2

Quaker Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1/2

low-fat milk
1/4
tsp
cinnamon
Pinch
kosher salt

tsp
vanilla extract

tablespoon
almond butter
Instructions
Prepare tea by steeping chia teabag in half a cup of hot water per your tea’s instructions.
Melt butter in a medium stock pot over medium heat.
Add pear and sauté until brown, about five minutes.
Add oats, tea, milk, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine and continue stirring until oats are thick and liquid is absorbed.
Stir in vanilla.
Portion oatmeal into bowl and top with almond butter.
