Apple Cheddar Omelets
This omelet is for all the sweet-savory lovers out there. Use a good sharp cheddar cheese!

Ingredients

chopped apple
4
eggs
beat
1/2
cup
cheddar cheese
cubed
2
pinches
salt
2
tbsp
butter
Water
Instructions
Heat skillet to medium heat.
Add apple along with a few tablespoons of water and cook for 5-8 minutes, until apple is tender.
Add salt to eggs along with a tablespoon of water. Stir.
Add enough butter to coat the bottom of your pan (even if it's nonstick!) and pour half of eggs in.
Pull edges of eggs toward the center for form a rim and allow to set for about 2-3 minutes.
When eggs are close to setting, add half of apples and cheese.
Fold over one third of omelet and then slide onto plate, folding other other side with the edge of the skillet.
Repeat for omelet #2.
